Why won't the game sign in to multiplayer?

First, make sure you have updated the game to version 2.105.0 or later. Check your internet connection and make sure that you have the latest version of the Google Play Games app and that you are signed into it. Try tapping on the "not signed in" message in-game to attempt to sign in again. If that doesn't work then try rebooting your device.

Also note that if you're using Family Link then signing in with Google Play Games is not currently supported. Unfortunately, we can't fix this as it's controlled by Google.

How do I change my name?

You can change your name using the Google Play Games app.

How do I change which account the game uses?

The game uses your Google Play Games account. You can configure this using the Google Play Games app. You might need to restart the game after changing accounts.

How do I escape from prison?

Probably the easiest way to find out how to escape from the prison is to watch a video such as this one for example.

When will the next update be?

Sorry, we aren't announcing future updates before they're ready for release.

Why isn't my progress restored after reinstalling?

If you sign into the same Google Play account then your progress should be automatically restored if it was backed up before and you have a good internet connection. Sometimes this can take a while though, so maybe check again a day later.

Who wrote the game's music?

The game only includes one music track - Requiem Mass in D minor by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, which is used in the intro and occasionally in-game. However, it can also play whatever music you happen to have on your device. You can choose which playlist is used via the options menu - select "none" to disable playback altogether.

Why is the game running really fast?

Please update to version 2.105.0 or later.
